Wes Warrington
As CEO of Confirmatrix Laboratory, Wes Warrington is responsible for the vision, leadership, and strategic planning within Confirmatrix Laboratory. Additionally, Wes oversees the financial and operational management of the company’s daily operations. His 20 years of experience with medical solutions in the ever-changing health care landscape has been essential to the targeted focus of market growth and sustainability of Confirmatrix. Having recently held positions at Boston Scientific and Intuitive Surgical, his knowledge of sales management, training, and assessing the needs of health care providers is critical to the overall strategy of the company. Wes holds a MBA in Business Management as well as a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi.
Tracy Youngblood-McDaniel
As Marketing Director of Confirmatrix Laboratory, Tracy Youngblood-McDaniel developed and designed the branding and advertising package from the ground up and manages daily marketing operations within the company-including conferences, community outreach, and national marketing strategies. Tracy brings experience in branding packages, all levels of marketing, magazine design, development, and management, as well as interior design. Marketing and design has been her passion for 10 years and that passion has poured over into Confirmatrix. Tracy has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in sports management and eduction from Florida State University.
